Tuesday, August 27, 2024

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions on the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering companies which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency stated it really is alarmed in regards to the substantial number of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The intention of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your higher range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office focused on service the area every day. The service place established for intervention experiences a superior inflow of potential beneficiaries, which makes it difficult with the Workplace to attend to all people who read more visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more resources to help the servicing of all shoppers and enhance entry to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
